PICTURES

Individual and group pictures will be taken at the dance studio on Tuesday, June 15, 2010 by Jerry Lanning of Lanning Studios. Please see the schedule of times on the wall at the studio. Your dancer must be there 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. Please make sure your dancer is dressed and ready to go 15 minutes ahead of time. The time on the schedule is the time when the pictures will be taken. We try to stay on schedule as much as possible. However, sometimes we do get behind. Please remember that this is a hectic time of year. PLEASE BE PATIENT!!

When they are done being photographed they will go upstairs with their group. They will practice their routine for 1/2 hour in their costume. Headpieces and extras will be returned to the table before they go upstairs. Please remember the studio receives no compensation for photos. We only provide the services.

• MARK EVERY PIECE OF YOUR CHILD'S COSTUME WITH THEIR NAME. THIS MAKES IT EASIER TO RETURN IF IT GETS LOST.

You must pay for photos in advance. The photographer will have envelopes to fill out. You must fill out one envelope for each costume you would like your child photographed in. Please enclose a separate check in each envelope.

NO CAMERA ALLOWED!! This interferes with the photographer's equipment. Not to mention, this is his business.

Do not bring brothers, sisters, relatives, or friends.

Please have hair and makeup done at home.

Dancers should not wear any jewelry unless it is given to them by the headdress table.

Please remove all fingernail polish.

Posing will be done by our staff unless you the parent tells us otherwise in advance of the photo. If you choose to pose your child or your child is posing themselves, you will be given 2 minutes to complete the posing. This only applies to individual photos.

Please clean the bottom of your dance shoes with a damp cloth and polish the top.
